We’re going to make a different kind of recipe, perfect for parties, dessert tables, or for turning a normal brownie into something amazing with hardly any cooking. This is a great way to eat a Mr. Brownie—sorry plate, we don’t need you today!
Ingredients
- Coco rallado
- Frutos secos picados
- Mini nubes
- Chips de chocolate
Step by step
1️. Crumble the happiness: put the Mr. Brownies in a large bowl and crumble them with your hands until they look like moist crumbs.
If you want them to be juicier and easier to mold, add a tablespoon of cream cheese or a tablespoon of cocoa cream, and mix until you have a compact dough, like edible playdough.
2️. Shape the balls (or whatever shape you prefer): make them about the size of a large walnut and place them on a tray with parchment paper. Put them in the fridge for 20–30 minutes so they harden a bit and don’t fall apart when you coat them.
3️. The chocolate bath: melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in short intervals, take them out of the fridge, dip the tip of each stick into the melted chocolate, and poke it into a ball (this will help it hold better) and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then, dip each Mr. Brownie pop into the chocolate until completely covered.
4️. Decoration time: Before the chocolate hardens, add the toppings.
Place the sticks in a tall glass or a styrofoam base so they dry without touching anything. Let them cool… and you’re done
In about 20–30 minutes the chocolate will be hard and you’ll have Brownie Pops that are crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside!!!
