User Obligations:

Users who register or place an order through the website, upon acceptance of the general terms and privacy policies, will be considered customers and these general terms will apply.
As stated in the legal notice of the website, users are required to:

• Make legally valid inquiries and orders.
• Not place false or fraudulent orders and provide the necessary information truthfully and accurately. Lack of truthfulness or incomplete delivery of the information provided will be the sole responsibility of the user and may result in the company not fulfilling the order.
• Provide additional information that may be necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
• Pay for the products and services contracted through the website.
• Be of legal age and have the capacity to contract.
• Not use the website and its contents for unlawful purposes, contrary to good practice, use, or law, or perform any action that may affect the rights of the company or third parties.
• Not post comments or opinions through the website, blog, or linked social networks that are defamatory, unlawful, or that violate the rights of the company or third parties.

Price:

All prices included on the website are in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are separate. When completing the purchase, all items included in the final sale price will be properly itemized.

The prices on the website will be valid until the end of promotions or rate changes.

The prices and promotions will be those set on the website at the time of purchase, regardless of those that exist at the time of delivery.

Payment Methods

The payment methods accepted on the website are clearly indicated on the homepage, and you can choose any of them or change them at any time within the “My Account” area or when placing the order.
You can pay:

• By credit or debit card (virtual POS)

Payment via bank gateway is made through a virtual POS with a secure connection to BBVA. This means that the card issuer will request confirmation from the customer before approving the charge, using the method they have enabled (key card, password, SMS, etc.). The transaction will not be completed until you authorize your bank to make the charge, equating the provision of this key to a signature in a physical store for all purposes. In any case, credit card data is never stored on the website; it is entered directly with the bank without passing through the company.

Invoices

When placing an order, you can choose to have an invoice sent with the information you provide at that time. You can also access or request your invoices later through the “My Account” area. This service has no additional cost.
The invoice can be downloaded at any time from the personal “My Account” area, where all orders placed by the user are stored.
The company reminds you that, as established in tax legislation, cash payments are not allowed for purchases equal to or exceeding €2,500.

How to Make a Purchase

To place an order, you must select a product and follow these simple steps:

• Select the product
• Indicate the desired quantities
• Click the “Add to Cart” button.

You can add all the products you want, always repeating the same process: select and add to cart.
Once all products are selected, to complete the purchase you must go to the cart where the quick checkout page is located.

Here the procedure is very simple:

• Enter contact and shipping information.
• Select payment method.
• Enter discounts and coupons, which will be automatically applied to the final order amount.
• Verify all order details (products, description, quantity, etc.).
• Confirm the order by clicking the complete purchase button.

When completing the quick checkout process, customer and shipping information is registered in our customer database.

Customer Area

Once the order is completed, a new user is created, who will receive an email with the username and password that will allow access to the customer area each time you log in to the website.
Through the customer area, you have access to a number of options and benefits:

• Place orders faster and more easily.
• Modify your information at any time.
• Receive special promotions or information of interest.
• Access your order history and invoices.

To do this, you only need to register and provide the same information as for placing a regular order. This registration can be done at the time of placing the order or later.
