Small and dangerously irresistible: Mr. Brownie Pops

Let's try a different recipe—perfect for parties, dessert tables, or turning a regular brownie into something amazing with almost no cooking. It's so cool to eat a Mr. Brownie —sorry, plate, we don't need you today!

Ingredients

  • Classic Brownies by Mr. Brownie
  • 100 g of baking chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
  • 1–2 tablespoons of cream cheese or cocoa cream (optional, to make it moister)
  • Skewers or cake pop sticks
  • Toppings of your choice:
    • Colored noodles
    • Shredded coconut
    • Chopped nuts
    • Mini marshmallows
    • Chocolate chips

Step by step

1️. Crumble the Mr. Brownie: Place the Mr. Brownie in a large bowl and crumble them with your hands until they resemble moist crumbs.

If you want them to be juicier and more malleable, add a tablespoon of cream cheese or a tablespoon of cocoa butter, and mix until you have a firm dough, like edible playdough.

2️. Shape the mixture into balls (or any shape you prefer): make them about the size of a large walnut and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put them in the fridge for 20–30 minutes so they firm up a bit and don’t fall apart when you coat them.

3️. The chocolate coating: Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or in the microwave in short bursts. Take it out of the fridge, dip the tip of each stick into the melted chocolate, and press it into a mini ball (this will help it stick better). Let it set for 5 minutes. Then, dip each Mr. Brownie Pop into the chocolate until it’s completely covered.

4️. Time to decorate: Before the chocolate hardens, add the toppings.

Stick the sticks into a tall glass or a Styrofoam holder so they can dry without touching anything. Let them cool… and you're done

In about 20–30 minutes, the chocolate will have hardened, and you'll have Brownie Pops that are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside!!!
