The transaction will not be carried out until the user authorizes their bank to make the charge, with the provision of this code being equivalent to a signature in a physical store for all intents and purposes. In any case, credit card details are never stored on the website, as they are entered directly into the bank without passing through the company.
Invoices
When placing an order, users may choose to receive an invoice with the details they provide at that time. You can also access your invoices or request them later through the "My Account" area. There is no additional cost for this service.
Invoices can be downloaded at any time from the "My Account" personal area, where all orders placed by the user are stored.
The company reminds you that, in accordance with tax legislation, cash payments are not permitted for purchases equal to or greater than €2,500.
How to make a purchase
To place an order, the user must select a product and follow these simple steps:

Once you have selected all the products you want to purchase, go to the cart where you will find the quick purchase page.
Here, the procedure to follow is very simple:
- Enter your contact and shipping information.
- Select payment method.
- Enter discounts and coupons, which will be automatically applied to the final order amount.
- Verify all order details (products, description, quantity, etc.).
- Confirm your order by clicking on the "Checkout" button.
When you complete the quick purchase process, your customer and shipping details are stored in our customer database.
Customer Area
Once the order is complete, a new user account is created, and the user will receive an email with their username and password, which will allow them to access their customer area each time they log in to the website.

Shipping

Returns and withdrawal
The customer will have a period of fifteen calendar days to return the product, without having to specify any reason, and we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. You may return the entire order or any of the products included in it.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase, once the product has been received and checked to ensure it is in perfect condition. This refund will take a maximum of 5 working days once the goods have been received.
The customer shall be responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipment must be made by courier and delivered to the address specified in the "General Conditions" section.
Returns of defective products
The user has a period of 1 month from receiving the product to contact our customer service center at the email address: info@mrbrownie.com or by phone at 0034.976.626065 and indicate their lack of conformity.
In these cases, the customer may choose to be reimbursed for the amounts paid or to exchange the product for another exactly the same. MAGDALENAS LÁZARO S.A. will bear the costs of returning the product and subsequent shipment.
Once we have received the product, we will check its condition and, if applicable, we will refund the amount paid by the customer or send another identical product within 7 days of receiving the defective merchandise.
If the error is due to transport or if defects or anomalies are detected in the product packaging at the time of delivery by the carrier, this will be noted on the carrier's delivery note.
Language
The contractual relationships established in these general terms and conditions shall be formalized in Spanish.
